Planting Guide
Plant: April-May with tip of bulb just above the soil. Spacing 45 cm. Flowers August-September. Height 75-100 cm.
Hardy. Clump forming perennial. Requires full sun or light shade, along with well drained fertile soil. For best results feed with a slow release fertilizer that has high potash. These large bulbs are best in the ground due their size, the bulbs clump up quickly so will not perform well in a pot, they need plenty of root space.
Propagation: Once overcrowded, lift the clump, split by pulling apart gently and replant.
