Description
Allium Round and Purple. Robust, Frost Hardy, clump forming perennial. Thrives best in half to full sun, with well-drained soil. This giant Allium grows to 90cm in height, 10 cm taller than the Globemaster, flowering during the months of May and June. They look fantastic on their own or in the herbaceous border. other plants that can be grown with these is the Allium Giganteum, Allium Globemaster and also Eremurus (foxtail lilies) as they flower at the same time, these plants together can produce a magnificent display. All Allium are very easy to grow and will grace your garden for years to come.

Planting Guide
Plant: Late September – Late November, three times the depth of the bulb. Spacing 25-30 cm. Flowers May- June. Flower height 90 cm
Hardy. Perennial. Needs well-drained, fertile soil. Full sun or half shade. Feed with a slow release fertilizer. Ideal for borders, if growing a containers, make sure the bulbs have plenty of root space and feed with a slow release liquid fertilizer, Growmore is ideal.
Propagate: When bulbs are overcrowded, lift once the flower stem has dried out and comes away from the bulbs easily. Separate the bulbs and store in a cool dark place, replant in the autumn.
