Description
Sparaxis Tricolor. Half hardy. Perennial. A sunny, warm site is needed, with well-drained soil. Bears spikes of bright flowers on wiry stems. Best to be planted in groups of 15-20 to achieve a showy effect. They grow to a height of 25 cm during the months of June and July. Perfect for front borders, containers and pots.

Planting Guide
Plant: September-November. 5 cm deep. Spacing 10 cm. Flowers June -July. Height 25 cm
Hardy. Perennial. A warm sunny site is needed, Thrives in well drained fertile soil. Best to be planted clumps for a good impact of colour. Ideal for front borders, rockeries pots and containers. Feed with a slow release fertilizer.
Propagate: By dividing overcrowded clumps after flowering and replant. Any loose bulbs that come away from the plant, store in a cool dark place and replant in the autumn.
