Description
Oxalis Iron Cross Fully hardy. Perennial. These bulbs can be grown in full sun or semi-shade in an area that has well-drained soil. They are low growing 15 cm tall making them perfect for some areas in the garden i.e. in the rockery, around the fish pond, front borders, pots and containers. The foliage on Iron Cross has the appearance of a four leaf clover and starts to appear in April. The pink flowers roll out like umbrellas to the size of 25p pieces during June – August . They spread to about 15 cm ( 6 in). A lovely plant to have in the garden and very easy to grow.

Planting Guide
Plant: September -November. 5 cm deep. Spacing 10 cm. Flowers June-August. Height 15 cm.
Hardy. Perennial. Prefers full sun or semi shade, in any type of well drained soil. Ideal for rockeries, front borders and pots. These bulbs are hairy, the most pointed part is the top of the bulb. Feed with a slow release fertilizer during the growing period.
Propagate: By dividing overcrowded clumps in summer and replant at the same time.
