Galanthus, commonly known as snowdrops. Probably the most popular plant throughout the UK, a must have for all gardeners. Snowdrops are one of the first plants to flower after the winter, letting us know that spring is here, something we all look forward to. They thrive in dappled shade or full sun, an ideal plant for naturalising under trees, front borders or grassland areas.
