Planting Guide

Plant: March-April.    5 cm of soil on top of the bulb.     Spacing 12 cm.       Flowers June-July.         Height 80 cm.

Frost tender. Perennial.      These bulbs are best grown in pots, using a multipurpose compost.   Feed with a slow release fertilizer during growing season.    When in flower move the pot into partial shade this will help prolong the length of flowering time.    Lift the bulbs in winter and store in a cool dry place,  or move the pot into a frost free
environment.
Propagation: Divide after lifting, store and replant in the spring.
