Chlidanthus (Perfumed Fairy Lily) Fragrans. Half-hardy perennial. Needs well-drained soil and a sunny site. The bright yellow flowers are sweetly scented, making them an ideal conservatory or greenhouse plant. Native habitat: Andes, Puru.

Planting Guide
Plant: March-April. 2 cm of soil above the bulb. Spacing 15 cm. Flowers June-July. Height 25 cm.
Tender. Perennial. Best to grow these bulbs in pots in a warm environment, conservatory or greenhouse. Can be planted outside during the warm summer months. Feed with a slow release fertilizer. During the winter months bring back into the greenhouse or conservatory. You can lift the bulbs and store in a dry place, or leave in the pot.
Propagation: Separate the bulbs after lifting and store over winter.
