Achimenes provide a profusion of dainty trumpet shaped flowers from June though to October. Ideally Achimenes need to be treated as a houseplant, grown in the home, conservatory or greenhouse. During the warm summer months they can be placed outside and will make a fabulous hanging basket plant.
