Description
Zantedeschia ‘Captain Violetta’.® Half Hardy, Perennial. The transition from pink to lilac blooms offers a beautiful contrast with the rich, mottled green foliage. This plant does wonderfully in large pots or containers, but if you opt to plant it in the ground, make sure the soil drains well and that it is protected from frost.

Planting Guide
Plant: April. 8 cm deep. Spacing 45 cm. Flowers June-September. Height 45 – 55 cm.
Frost tender. Perennial. Full sun is essential, as is moist humus-rich soil. For best results start in pots that are no less than 4 lts. in size. Do not water-in after planting. Once the bulb has rooted water and feed generously using a slow release fertilizer. If growing in the ground remove from pots once the foliage has appeared, find a sunny location that has good drainage. Cover over with a good blanket of compost during the winter months.
