Description
Leucojum ‘Aestivum’. Fully hardy. Perennial. Thrives in full sun or light shade, with moist, but well-drained soil. They are a close relative of the snowdrop family, but have several points of difference; the flowers are bell-like and are borne on much longer stems. For a real show they are best planted in clumps of at least a dozen. Can be naturalised in damp grass or front borders.

Planting Guide
Plant: September-November. 7 cm deep. Spacing 10-20 cm. Flowers April-May. Height 30-40 cm.
Hardy. Perennial. Thrives in sun or light shade with moist but well drained humus rich soil. Ideal for borders large pots and containers. The bulbs multiply quickly producing a mass of flower during late spring. A good plant for naturalizing.
Propagate: By dividing overcrowded clumps and replant when the foliage has died back.
