Hyacinthoides Non Scripta (bluebells). Fully hardy, clump forming perennial. The English bluebell needs well-drained but moist soil. The flowering time is in May, a perfect for those shady areas in the garden, under trees, shrubs, or in the grass. The bulbs reproduce quite quickly and multiply easily.

Planting Guide
Plant: September-October. 5 cm deep. Spacing 10 cm. Flowers May. Height 25-30cm.
Hardy. Perennial. Thrives in light shade with well drained fertile soil. These bulbs multiply very quickly, plant where you want the them to spread and naturalise. If planting amongst other plants in borders, to avoid spreading, plant in pots and sink pot into ground, deadhead the flowers so they don’t self seed.
Propagate: By dividing clumps when in the green and replant at the same time.
