Description
Eucharis Amazonica. Frost tender. Perennial. Needs partial shade and humus-rich soil. Prefers warm, moist conditions and will thrive indoors as a house plant, or in the conservatory. The shiny leaves make a good permanent mass and the fragrant flowers appear several times a year on stems two feet tall. It is best to plant 3 bulbs to a pot as the bulbs like to be touching.

Planting Guide
Plant: April-May with the tip just above the surface. Flowers June – July and January – February. Height 60cm.
Evergreen. Perennial. Best grown indoors or in the greenhouse. Place in a bright position away from direct sunlight. Water copiously and feed regularly during active growth and then only give enough water to prevent wilting once the flowers have faded. Resume regular watering when new leaves have started to grow.
Propagation: When re-potting remove bulblets and replant.
