Allium Gladiator. Robust, Frost Hardy, clump forming perennial. Thrives best in half to full sun, with well-drained soil. This giant Allium grows to a magnificent 125cm (4ft) in height, flowering during the months of May and June. They look fantastic on their own or in the herbaceous border. Another plant that can be grown with these is the Allium Giganteum which is slightly taller by 1ft, also Eremurus (foxtail lilies) as they flower at the same time, these plants together can produce a magnificent display. All Allium are very easy to grow they are like little balls of magic. you just pop them in and up they come.
